VerseFlow ("VerseFlow", "we", "us") is a desktop application for church media teams, produced by Wise Apps Dev. This policy explains what information the app and our services handle, why, and who processes it. We built VerseFlow to keep your data minimal — most of what matters never leaves your computer.

The short version: Your service audio is transcribed in real time and immediately discarded — never recorded or stored. In offline mode, nothing leaves your machine at all. We only hold what's needed to run your account, take payment, and provide support.

1. Information we handle

Account information

When you create a free VerseFlow account you provide an email address and password, or you sign in with Google (in which case Google shares your email address, name and profile picture with us). Sign-in is handled securely through a trusted third-party authentication provider; we never see or store your password.

Audio

VerseFlow listens to your microphone or audio feed to detect Bible verses and songs. Audio is processed in real time to produce text and is then discarded. We do not record, save, or retain your audio.

Song identification

When you use online song lookup, the song title, artist, and/or a short recognised lyric fragment may be sent to third-party lyric and AI services to identify the song. No audio recording is sent.

Payment information

Pro subscriptions are processed by a trusted third-party payment provider, chosen to suit your region. Your card or payment details are entered on the provider's secure checkout and handled by them — we never see or store your card number. We receive and store your subscription status: your account ID, billing email, plan, renewal/expiry date, and a subscription reference.

Device and usage information

Support requests

If you contact support from within the app, we receive the message you send, the email address you provide (optional), your installation ID, the app version and your platform, so we can help you.

2. How we use information

3. Third-party services

To operate VerseFlow, we rely on a small number of carefully chosen third-party providers. They support functions such as:

These providers act as our processors: they handle your information only as needed to perform their specific function for us, under their own privacy, security and data-protection commitments, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. If you would like more detail about the providers we use, contact us at wiseappsdev@gmail.com.

4. Data retention

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may close your account at any time. To do so, email wiseappsdev@gmail.com from your account email. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR — we will honour valid requests.

6. Security

Connections to our services use encryption (TLS). Payment card data is handled only by our payment processors, never by us. Access keys for our cloud providers are held server-side and are never embedded in the app.

7. International transfers

Because we use the third-party services above, your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Those providers maintain their own safeguards for such transfers.

8. Children

VerseFlow is a tool for churches and organisations and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be highlighted where practical.
