Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the VerseFlow application and related services ("VerseFlow"), provided by Wise Apps Dev ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing or using VerseFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

VerseFlow is desktop software that listens to a church service and helps display Bible verses and song lyrics on screen, via its own display window or an NDI output. It offers a free offline tier and a paid "Pro" tier with cloud transcription and AI detection features.

2. Your account

Some features require a free VerseFlow account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to be at least the age of majority in your country, or to use the app under the supervision of your organisation.

3. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Free tier is free to use, offline, for as long as you like.
Pro is a recurring monthly subscription, billed through a secure third-party payment provider suited to your region. Prices are shown before you pay, in your local currency where available.
Pro renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the account returns to the free tier. Your songs and settings remain.
One Pro account may be active on one device at a time. Signing in on a new device signs the previous one out.

4. Refunds and chargebacks

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at wiseappsdev@gmail.com and we will consider your request fairly. Where a payment is refunded, reversed, or charged back, the associated Pro access is revoked. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in loss of access.

5. Song lyrics and licensing

Important: VerseFlow is a display tool. It does not grant you any licence to reproduce or display copyrighted song lyrics. You are solely responsible for holding the appropriate licences — for example, a CCLI licence — required to display or reproduce copyrighted worship-song lyrics in your church or broadcast, and for complying with those licence terms.

Bible translations bundled with VerseFlow are public-domain texts. Song lyrics that VerseFlow helps you locate and display remain the property of their respective rights holders.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use VerseFlow for any unlawful purpose, or to infringe others' rights;
attempt to circumvent the device limit, rate limits, account requirement, or payment;
reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract credentials or access keys from the app or its services;
resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app or access to the cloud services;
overload, disrupt, or abuse the cloud services.

7. Intellectual property

VerseFlow, its name, logo, and software are owned by Wise Apps Dev and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app in accordance with these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

8. Third-party services

Cloud features rely on trusted third-party providers (for functions such as authentication, transcription, AI detection and payment processing). Your use of those features is also subject to those providers' terms, and their availability is outside our control. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

9. Disclaimers

VerseFlow is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Detection of verses and songs depends on audio quality, speech, and network conditions and is not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. Always keep human oversight of what is shown on screen. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wise Apps Dev will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use VerseFlow. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for Pro in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using VerseFlow and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of VerseFlow after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
